The Palisades Equestrian Center

Here's the latest - February 2008

Here is the cover of the next issue of Palisades magazine featuring Ivy and Ann Bass' Hopeful Dreams.  This cover is a result of the photo shoot below in Dec.  The feature story inside focuses on the sport of eventing and a few riders with the potential to ride in the 2008 Olympic games in Hong Kong. Enjoy!

December 2007

Happy Holidays everyone!

The Palisades now publishes a new magazine of exciting happenings. Ivy will be featured on the next issue's cover with a story on eventing inside. Below is a recent photo shoot to prepare for the issue. Ivy is riding Ann Bass' morgan mare Hopeful Dreams.

Below, the photographer (laying down!) takes the perfect shot!

The Palisades Equestrian Center will be part of a premier luxury community. The Ranch, the neighborhood that will surround the stable, will be the site of the 2008 HomeArama show.  Homes built in The Ranch community will have the ability to house 1-2 horses with access to a community ring and trails.

May 23, 2007:

The galloping path is well underway with grading and cross country jump development. The path will run along the back of several homesites of The Ranch, which will provide homeowners with a front-row viewof all the excitement! Footing will be turf and provide an excellent training opportunity for horses and riders at all levels. Not to mention conditioning on the hilly terrain!

June 12, 2007:

Last week the site of the new stable was cleared to prepare for construction. Development on the galloping path continues. The new pictures below were taken June 9.

June 22, 2007:  The lot for the stable has been cleared and will start construction soon.  Cross country jumps are being built and will soon be installed on the path.
